Hello,I am trying to find my best friend for longer time already... She's first name is Slobodanka and maiden name is Martinovic.She is born on 13th February 1974 (eventualy 1973,but Im more sure of 1974) in Kotor,Montenegro (ex Yugoslavia,Europe),her father name is Jovan Martinovic and mothers name is Slavka,they all lived in Tivat,Montenegro,Europe.I was in touch with her until about 12 years or so... Last I know is that she was staying from 1994 to some period to her uncle Luka Bujenovic and his son Steven Bujenovic in Cincinnati in Ohio... Then I heard she get marry,having a doughter which name is Nicole(if I remembered well) and she was living or still lives in San Francisco.I also know that she needed plastic surgery og her arm in 1994 or little later while she was staying to her uncle in Ohio.Her uncle didn't want to talk about her,except that she moved to San Francisco,and her parents always say that her address or phone can't find to give to no one,I know that because we have many common friends.I would preciate very much if someone can find her phone or address that I can contact her again,especially cause Im afraid for her by knowing that she never visit her parents for all of this 14 years and also never invited them to visit her in USA,and there were no family problem or issues for that.Please help me find my best friend,please!I missed her so much and I hope she is OK... In the divorce proceedings there was no mention of any children between them. There a few other leads I am exploring. Will keep you informed.

As always thank you very much for helping me :) I found some trays too,but still couldn't find no phone number or e-mail address to contact her. I know her uncle's and uncle's son names and address of their working place including phones.Maybe they know something,but my another friend (common friend of mine and Slobodanka) called her uncle few years ago and he asked her to not call any more (I guess to not call for asking about Slobodanka),so I didn't even try to call :( Last I know that she was at New Jersey,and then she told me she will let me know of new address when she move to Los Angeles or San Francisco,I can't remember which of these two is right :( She told me that by phone,she called me.That was about 10 years ago,so Im worried that she never called again or anything else,it's not like her.And she mentioned she will work in casino,as woman who solds coupons,or how you say it.. Today I called again her parents,to ask for her address or phone.Her father promised me to let me know in ten days? But I took a chance to ask a few questions about her,so here is what I found out: She now lives with Ttorn Martin (maybe its not this spelling,because I didn't want to ask him to spell it for me,to not offend him after he promised that he will let me know all info in 10 days,but he said its Torn with 2 "t") but I don't know yet are they married,she has a doughter Nicol (if its right spelling again) and she is in 3rd class at school (so she is about 10 years?),Slobodanka is working as some kind of menager in an restaurant and her husband working at hospital,they live in Sacramento,California.He admitt that they(both parents and brother) never saw her in live after she moved to USA,but he said that they communicate by net and web cam,so he believes that she is OK,because she says so. I am totally confused after all of this... I would like to believe that is all true that he said,but still I won't strongly believe until I personaly see her or hear her,because there are always some doubts left for example:why they never meet in live for 14 years... why I will receive answear for her phone&adress after 10 days(why 10 days,isn't it too long?)... Well I be3tter stop thinking this way and be positive like I always was,but still I really need to hear her to trust more in all of this. I find it weird that you must wait 10 days but it's not that long. I hope you really find her. Question: you couldn't leave your contact information with him so he could past it along to her?

Thanks for tips,I tried them all already and found nothing on them :( Of course I gave his father my contact details,but I received few hours ago an e-mail of our common friend which really put me down :( That common friend talked with her uncles son Steven by phone and he told her that her mother asked Steven to hire an priv.investigator for her some years ago to find Slobodanka because they didn't hear from hear for years and when they found her,she says that she doesn't want to have any contact with her family nor anyone else from Montenegro (which I think isn't logical decision,unless she's under some drugs or in some sect or something similar,and that really worrying me!).I know her,we spent 20 years together,every day until she left,we grown up together,and I can't take all these words Steven said that she said as something what any normal person in
The whole world would say.So,I suppose that her parents hiding fact that they are in contact with her because they are ashamed and sad by that she cut all contacts with them or get lost,and or Steven knows something more about her but he won't tell the whole truth.. I don't know... I will go in Saturday afternoon to her parents house and I have intentions to speak with them totally open about her,then I hope I will find out do they really got any contacts with her as they say,or Steven was right about that part of his story.And my friend left her phone number to Steven,and he promised that he will give it to Slobodanka.I would like that I can have more trust in all of their stories (Steven's promise and parents words).Today I feel so sad,because if this latest is really truth,then I know that something bad happening to her,and I never would even think of that possibility until today. Since I can't find no more results on her,neither her husband/boyfriend who her parents mentioned (Ttorn Martin?),maybe she isn't at USA no more at all.
How I can find out where she is nationwide? Or at least is she still at USA?
If someone knows some tips,please let me know.I can't sleep all night surfing on net searching for her,and Im exosted because I have a little kid,but I can't relax until I find any closer trace,and I just want to hear from her personaly at least that she is OK,normal and alive.

Why are you trying to find her? She has already said she wants no contact with her family or "home town."

Trying to locate people who don't want to be located makes me very nervous. In my area people with professional licenses now ask the reason - in writing - for locating the person. Not saying you have an evil intent but some people do and assisting them in finding someone can cause that person big problems.

Hello Jude,you can't be weird in trying to found out why your best friend doesn0t call you no more,and I know there is no reason for that,also she doesn't call her parents or other good friends no more,as I know,also without reason.I don't want to find her to make her life worse or to cause no trouble to her or anything else which is now part of her life.So,when you love someone,it is natural that you want to know that that person is happy,healthy and OK,these are my intentions in this searching for her.I just want to hear from her,with or without giving mje reason why,that she Really don't want any further contact with me and THEN I will respect that decision of her because it's her own right to chose.And don't forget,those words that she doesn't want to contact to her parents or anyone else from her origin,I get from her cousin,who I never meet,so why I should take that for real?Maybe he knows something bad about her and keeping it in privacy from her parents,and that is more crime to me,than searching for your best friend without any bad intentions.I hope that people on who you thought on in your statement,are some kind of maniacs,and they doesn't need no reason for making someone's life miserable.I am very normal family person,thanks for stepping by.

Hopefully I will have good news for you to assist you in your search. An employee of the Habits Café, on the corner of Madison and Allston Street, had befriended Slobodanka for a few years but lost contact with her awhile ago (2006). She provided her Yahoo messenger information as, "MartinovicSlobodanka",Hopefully this will lend needed assistance for you. I have found nothing on any Ttorn Martin anywhere in California. Possibly knowing the biological fathers name of Nicole would be a tremedous help.

Hello Gem,thanks for good news :) I already found there is some contact named "slobodankamartinovic" and I added it on my friend list,but still no answear back,status is "add request pending". E-mail of that contact is in private mode so I typed same as nick to add her ([email protected]),maybe it isn't really the same,but I tried what I could. I will try to do the same now with MartinovicSlobodanka then.
Are you still in contact with that employee? If you are can you ask him does he know is she married or just live with that TTorn (if he exist at all,because I couldn't also find any record on that name),and does he know is she have a child(cause I'm starting to doubt in all I heard about that TTorn... )?Maybe his name is Martyn or Marten or Martine... but it doesn't change a lot,cause I couldn't find any Ttorn.I don0t know the father of kid,I guess it is that Ttorn,but I will find out tomorrow after I go to visit her parents.Thanks once again very very much Gem!

As much as I would love to see a happy ending in this for you, JudyKayTee does offer a valid point. For whatever her situation, Slobodanka has broken contact for her own personal reasons. Just be aware of that point and be willing to except that fact if things don't work out to a favorable conclusion. Hopefully, you will able to have communications with her through her parents and rekindle your friendship.
