I have been taking this drug for over 20 years for my mitral valve prolapse problem, I have tried the generic of Kerlone, which didn't work as well as well as other beta blockers
My pharmacist said it was recalled and didn't know when shipment will resume.

Does anyone have any additional information to post

I have good news and bad news,

Bad News:
There isn't any information out yet about the Kerlone recall that I could find.

Good News:
Kerlone is only the brand name for BETAXOLOL which also has other brands called: Betoptic, Betoptic S, and Lokren.

I've read from other blogs that people that have switched haven't had the same results, much like you said. To that note I read some reports on some new research:
