Hi can anyone help I live in england and my partner got caught stealing alcohol from a supermarket while he was on conditional discharge that he received the same day has anyone got any idea what is to become of him.

My best guess would be this his conditional discharged will be revoked and he will face additional charges, depending on the level of the first charge and the level of the second.

I guarantee he's not going to walk away.
