    Noisy evaporator fan
Hotpoint refrigerator... model#hts17gbsser... evaporator fan has started to sound like a swarm of angry bees. I have cleaned the blades and checked for any loose parts that may cause vibration. Stopped making noise for 2 cycles... now its at it again. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need to replace the evap fan in the freezer. If that doesn't correct the problem, then you may have to try replacing the mother board on the back of the unit. Sometimes it does not supply enough amps to the evap fan so that the fan constantly runs underspeed which is very noisy. Good luck!
