My period is about 14 days late. My boyfriend and I had protected sex right before my last period and it was a normal 6 day period. The month before my last period, it was the same thing, late again, and I had, had sex then too. When we did it again he did not ejaculate and we made sure there weren't any rips or holes in the condom. He also took it out before that happened to make it less of a chance for me to become pregnant (he always makes sure he takes it out before.) I used to get my period late in the month in the 20's (25th-27th) but after it was late my period started to come in the early numbers 6th-8th, maybe its going back to the way it used to be (20's)? Im very stressed and maybe that has something to do with it, I've talked to my mother about it and she says it sounds very unlikely that Im pregnant if I have had sex then got my period shortly after and haven't done it again since then. Please Help! Im so stressed and worried :(

It could be late due to the stress. That's very common actually.

But then again, you did have sex, so you could be pregnant. Have you taken a HPT yet? If not, I would recommend you do so using first morning urine.

No I have not had one yet, its just the whole pregnant thing doesn't make sense to me before shortly after doing it I got my period and didn't do it anytime after getting off my period. So I don't know what's wrong. Its just making me crazy!

ANY time you have sex you run the risk of pregnancy. So pregnancy is still a possibility. Sex = pregnancy

Now, with that said, again stress can cause late periods also. Time to take a HPT to put your mind at rest.

However unlikely it is you would be pregnant from sex at this time of month as women usually ovulate (when an egg is released from an ovary and we can get pregnant) in the middle of the time between periods (in a 28 day cycle on day 14) it is still possible that you have ovulated late and could be pregnant. Our bodies aren't predictable. Instead of worrying why not get a pregnancy test and find out if its worth stressing over or not.

Also you say he did not ejaculate? There are small amounts of sperm in a mans precum and it only takes one sperm to make a baby!

Oh and we did use a condom, it wasn't unprotected. Ill have to put that in my question

You did sorry I didn't notice it there. Unless the condom was faulty its highly unlikely you could be pregnant. Bite the bullet! Do a test to be sure.

I am in the same position! Got my last period on July 7th.. nothing since.. I'm REALLLY worried I'm trying to relax but I find myself feeling anxious literally waiting on my period. I have done 2 hpt but both wer negative.. a friend said I may have done them too early?. my boyfriend & I also used a condom and none ripped or split?. I don't know what to do..
