    HI any one who is reading this when I turn my comp on which is a packard bell if that matters I keep getting a message saying Ppwebcph.dll if you re-install this it mite cure the problem but if I click OK it disappears .I also had the backweb 4448364 message at the start but followed previous advice thanks to any one who can help :rolleyes:

    That DDL seems to be for a piece of software called "Paperport" made by a company called Nuance (formally Scansoft). Either reinstall Paperport or take a look at Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs to see if it's in that list. If it is, select it and uninstall.

    It might also be worth trying Start >> Run >> Type in "msconfig" and press enter. Check the Startup tab for any mention of Paperport or that DLL and remove it.
