What does remaining after forbidden mean and what penality does it carry?

Sorry but I don't think you will get tot much of a answer unless you eloborate a little bit more
I can think of about 4-5 things I could mean but not what it means for you sorry

Are you talking about being somewhere unlawfully, being ordered off a property - ?

"Remaining after forbidden" isn't a crime. If you're charged with an actual crime, what is it specifically, and particularly? Additionally, tell us the circumstances that surrounded the event.

'Betcha OP was ordered off a property, told to stay away, something like that but no arrest. Now OP is back (or still there) and wonders if he/she is criminally charged, what will the charge be.
