Where is she? Why do you miss her? Are you not in contact with her? What happened? With more information it would be easier to give you advice.

I agree, there is so much missing here. We could write a whole bunch of sweet nothings but I think you are asking for something written that fits into your current situation. Give us some more details to go on.

First of all, are you a guy or a girl? Because the way you are going to write the letter and what you are going to say to her is going to be different.. We need more details about what happened and why you are not in contact with her..
