My boyfriend has lived with me for over a year. He gives me money. We broke up and he said he was going to move out but now he said that I have to evict him. When he gets drunk, which is everyday, he becomes very verbally abusive to me and my daughters, he yells, cusses and calls us vulgar names. The next morning he acts like everything is fine, like we are together and he isn't going anywhere. Please tell me how to get him out quickly. He is not physically abusive yet.

You have to follow your states laws on evictions
And then you can get a protection from abuse.

Or, you can call the PD and have him removed next time he is drunk, threatening and abusive and have him arrested for domestic violence ( you need to feel he poses a possible threat to your chidlren or you, he does not have to be physically violent). Once he is in jail, get a restraining order and keep him out of your life.
