Your best bet would be to talk to your probation officer he would be able to pull strings and advise you of all the options. If you just go to the recruiting offices they could just reject your application. Often they will offer you jail time or join the service, several people on my daughters air force base were given the option.

It may be possible, is it a felony or misdemeanor. But the recruiter will have to work though the details of it, and it is possible that you will have to get the judges approval after everything is arranged.

    Hello max:

You're going to have to wait till your probation is over. Then, the army might take you.

Ahahha that's funny that you say that cause I just got off the phone with a recruiter and that's exactly what he said

It might be true that being on probation eliminates your eligibility, at least this is what a recruiter told me. I know that your probation officer might be able to cut your probation short. If you made a good case to your PO he might be more inclined to helping you.
