Where is your father? If he is a US citizen, why didn't he file a petition for you? I am afraid this is not the place to discuss this urgent matter. When were you notified? To file an appeal, you need to consult an experienced immigration attorney immediately.

You did not have to give me a reddie on your other post because I told the truth about turning someone in for fraud. Your quote of "Because u r to fat to work someone has to" is meaningless and most uncalled for.

Because you were here in the US illegally and did nothing to change your status and become a US citizen in all those years, I am sorry that you were deported. But then what did you expect? To be able to continue living in the US without making any sort of effort towards citizenship? You essentially got what you paid for.

And, no I am not too fat or lazy. I have been working full time since I was 17 years old, some 40+ years worth of working.

You should have known to get your citizenship, you decided not to, at this point you need to hire a immigation attorney, to attempt to help you.
