    Tenant in a Foreclosed home
My husband and I are renting a home in Deltona, Florida from Remax Realty. Together we have four children. We were just served with Foreclosure papers. We called the realty company asking if we can move to another one of their rental properties and they stated that we had to stay in the current rental property until the bank tells us to move. I would like to know my rights. I do not want to stay in a home and one day receive a notice stating I have 3 days to move all of my belongings and my four children. Where would I go. The realty company doesn't seem to care. WHAT ARE MY FLORIDA TENANT RIGHTS?

You really have no rights in Florida, if you are on a month to month rental, you can give them notice and move. But if you are in a lease you are bound by the lease till they foreclose.
