I Found A Pill On One Side It Saysmia Then It Has The Diveder So You Can Split It In Half, Then A 110 The Other Side Is Blank?

Just return any found medicins to the nearest pharmacy for proper destruction.
Do not throw them away with home waste, and never try them yourself.
