    Hello Martin

"she states that i agreed to pay her 3,000".
Is she correct on that or not ? Did you agree with that?
Why did you agree to pay her that? What was it for?
Was there anyone else present when that was agreed upon?
How long ago was that supposed to have happened?
May I ask why there has been such a long delay with that?

"two years ago she told me not to worry about it".
Was there anyone else present when she told you that?
Why did she changed her mind?

"shes mad at me now taken me to small claims"
Why is she mad now? What has happened?
Why did she changed her mind again?

In principle a verbal agreement is as solid as a written one.
But there has to be some proof of that.
Just one party saying yes, and the other saying no does not work.
That is why it is so important to know if anyone else was present when each of these three arrangements were made.

    :)

The other threads by OP explain the situation in depth. Should be combined.

Again : I do not understand why question posters continue their quest in new posts every time. It only leads to confusion !
