Please help,

In our office I have a T1 line connection thruough a Cisco Router and a Netgear router for sharing internet access (1 static IP assigned to Cisco and 12 more still available).
DHCP enabled on Netgear router.
We have shared printers and folders and everything is up and running.

But I need to install 3 WAN printer so people from remote offices (other cities & states) and also our own employees can print to it (inside & outside of the LAN). Anyone knows how to set it up?

If you don't have the printers buy printers that are network capable (the printers will need to be assigned an IP address) then all that is necessary is to configured the pcs to use printers on the network. This is the simplest way. The other way is to have a single PC or descrete print server that will enhance printsharing. If you already have non-network printers that you plan to use you will have no choice but to create a print server on using server software or a hardware server that can connect to all of the printers

In the IP setup of the printers, they will each use one of the 12 remaining IP addresses. The gateway address will need to be the assigned Internet IP address of your Netgear router.

The printers you purchase will likely have an HTTP management interface builtin to the network card for the printer. You will need to go into this configuration and password protect it to keep others from discovering and managing your printers. If you can change this to HTTPS management only, then I would do so.

It seems that the port numbers are different depending on printer manufacturer. You may wish to allow access to only the ports needed or at a minimum restrict ports to configure the printer such as telnet and http:

If the info is sensitive, you may wish to consider VPN or SSH solutions. Not sure how to implement the latter of these.
