I have a felony charge of grand larceny of almost 20 years ago... how do I get it expunged

What State? Every State has its own requirements and some charges can never be expunged. You would (in most States) file a petition and state the reasons you need/want the expungement, addressing the law and how you are in compliance, how your situation fits the legal requirements.

Depends on the state. For ex, in California you would first get the felony reduced to a misdemeanor, and the have the misdemeanor expunged. Can all be done in one shot. There are sites on the web that can give you info and some have do-it-yourself expugement guides based on your state.
