I left my home in April knowing that [/I] could no longer afford to live there, nor could I rent it or sell it for the amount due on the mortgages. However, I don't know what to do about the HO's fees, the sewer fees, and other bills that I continue to get with regard to the property. It is now in foreclosure------and vacant

They are your responsibility until the property is owned by someone else.

Did you notify the HOA that you were leaving? Sometimes they will assist in locating a buyer or a renter - or did you just leave?
