    Bump size and baby gender
I am 38 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I have a gorgeous girl already and when pregnant with her my bump was definitely smaller and more elongated. First time I craved chocolate cake, was nauseated for 12 weeks then felt great, had thick hair, nice skin and quite a big bum!

Yhis time I still feel sick, vomitted all day for the first 16 weeks, hate chocolate and love savouries, am spotty, have a beachball shaped big bump and still have a bigger bum! I am not glowing and get lots of headaches.

Can anyone tell me what sex they think I may be having. I always thought I would have 2 girls but the shape of my bump and instincts say it may be a boy although instinct told me it was definitely a girl last time.

Really don't mind but very interested in your opinions.

That is just all old wives tales about food and position determining the baby gender.
My first daughter was up in my right rib and my second daughter was down on my left hip.

My instincts told me my first was a girl and it was
My second pregnant instinct told me boy and it was a girl
My third pregnant instinct told me boy and was a boy
My fourth pregnant instinct told me it could be either up until my last trimester and then I 'knew' it was a boy.

While it's fun to guess using various means... how the wedding ring moves held over the belly, how a needle moves held over the palm, what you crave, how active baby is, carrying high or low, how sick you are or for how long, etc... the only ways you will know for sure what gender baby is are when you give birth, have a amnio, or a very obvious scan. You will carry babies differently, and your bump size will be different, for a number of reasons... how many children you have already had, the length of your torso, the amount of amniotic fluid at the time, baby's position, shape of your pelvis, your general physical condition, location of the placenta, etc..
Some will say that since you already have 2 girls you will likely have another. Others say the odds are roughly the same, with boys having a slight advantage as it is generally thought that more boys tend to be conceived.

I think it's a girl. Mgot 2 kids myself and both my pregnancys were very different. I had no sickness and craved ice and was very big for my 1st gal and craved chocolates and was sick and tiny bump for my second. So all this sickness and size dunt mean anything. Hope you have a healthy baby.
