Hello, I am going to try not to be wordy... really. My parents are 90 years old and still desire to live independent (even after each of them have had a broken hip), I bought a security video system with dvr to keep check on them. I can connect (and access) to the static IP using other types of internet with no problem.
But when I try to connect using Verizon wirelss card (only internet available to me @ my home) I connect to the dvr, but when I put in the password I get a c:\programfiles\internetexplorer\iexplore.exe
I have spent hours on-line with the dvr techies at Q-See (dvr tech), and a not very helpful verizon tech.
Any help would be greatly appreciated... Kelly
