    Exercise isn't helping
    See I do 50 squats,push ups, sit ups, and run 2 miles everyother day I am 13 only my legs and arm muscles improve no abdominal I've done this for 2 years. Suggestions?

    Are you eating right? You've been doing the same thing for two years, which means that your body has hit a plateau... you need to keep increasing your routine and challenging your body so that it will start making more muscle.

    Eating makes a HUGE difference in your workouts.

    I eat regularly I increse it every 6 months

    Nono, I mean what do you eat, how much of it do you eat? Also, your routine increases every 6 months? How so? Do you do more situps? It's time you mixed in different types of ab workouts like crunches, planks, leg raises, etc.

    Why are you not doing more sit ups if you have been doing 50 for a couple of years. Also add aditional exercise for those specific parts of you body.
