    glutathione and ascorbic acid
just want to ask if a generic kind of ascorbic acid is OK to take with glutathione. I saw a product called sustained release ascorbic acid which releases the same in small doses over a period, they say up to 10 hours and better absorbed by the body. I plan to take 1000 mg pure glutathione (dr james) 2x a day and 2000 mg of ascorbic acid 2x a day. Thanks and good day to all.:)

    I'm NEW in whitening..

I'm using dr. james glutathione 100mg + vit c capsules.
I also have glutathione facial wash, soaps and creams.
It shows results but not as fast as I like them to be.

Is metathione more effective than dr. james?

Can you help me find the perfect whitening products that will actually whiten my skin FAST and is not very expensive. A product that is sold here in Philippines because I don't want to spend too much on shipping etc.

Hi lis, last night was my first day of using Glutathione whitening soap, I don't know what's the result will be though but I felt that its taking effect like its drying my skin so I put a lot of lotion all over my body. Today also is going to be my 1st day of taking powerpack megathione. I'll be taking it 1500 gluta and 3thou mg of Vit. C. I'll keep you posted as what the result will be here. Read the other threads regarding skin whitening. The computation for gluta is I think (based on what the seller explaind to me) 20-40mg of gluta x body weight in kg. -- to achieve whiter skin plus double the dosage of the Vit. C
and of course, the whitening effect will depend on what type of skin you have and its tone.
