I have a negative am loan and a equity line of credit. It has been hard this last year that we have this loan to make payments and it is getter harder to do so, we can't even save money each month and our taxes and insurance are separate payments. I don't know if I should loose my house and get another one, or if this new mortgage relief would be a good idea to look into, but we will be having a baby in January and I don't think we will be able to continue making these payments. Could someone give me some advice as to what I should do and if it is worth losing my house and trying to get another one. The thing is I don't have money to put on another house! And I don't want to make the minimum payment on my negative am loan cause that will make me owe more and make my payments go up!!
