    Paterinity Testing for deceased
My ex husband did paternity test for my son after 7 years and found out he wasn't the father and I searched and found my son's biological father is deceased. How do I go about finding out paternity?

Often in that case his fathers dna or other close relatives DNA can be used.
Talk to the people that would be doing the testing and they should be able to tell you the best thing for you to do.

Sometimes the Court will get involved if the alleged father is deceased. I do not believe the Court can order testing of family members if they do not consent - which is the only way when the alleged father is deceased.

You would have to ask about the policy in your area.
