Unfamiliar with Land Rovers, but I would check for a main relay, which controls power to the fuel pump, not working. On Hondas, main relays can appear not to working, when the culprit is a bad ECM. The ECM affects grounding to the main relay, which controls power to the fuel pump.
Since Land Rover was owned by Ford, you may have a Constant Control Relay Module, usually located near the battery. Within this module is a relay controlling power to the fuel pump. Also, try resetting any Inertia Switch, which controls power to the fuel pump. Ford often has an under-hood fuse box, frequently Fuse #15, that controls power to the fuel pump. Be sure to test all under-hood and under-dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.
On such a new vehicle, it wouldn't surprise me if only the Inertia Switch needs resetting. Was you car recently involved in an accident?
Thanks for the update--glad you got it running.
Spell check hits the nail on the head for me every time too. Ok, J/K.
