All I can remember is this big ball with blue electric lines in it, I think it is like a time machine.
One kids takes his girlfriend to an airplane grave yard.
Towards the end one kid is driving next to power lines and the ball is zapping all of the power from the lines.

Please help me find the name of this movie.

HELP! Lol I've been having major flashbacks of a chldhood movie of mine,but haven't a clue what it is! I know it must have been from the 80's, and it was a children's cartoon/fantasy movie. All I recal is a funny old man traveling through the forest and taking a rest to have some cider and bread, when he came upon a magical tree. I can't recall what happens from there, but it's really bothering me. Does anyone have a clue what kids movie it could be?

Nah, definitely not that... lol It was a cartoon fantasy movie... maybe even an early anime movie? It would have been around the same time the last unicorn came out
