    What are the chances of getting pregnant after a vacsectomy? Thanks

    It can happen if the man has a high sperm count but usually happens closer to the vasectomy being accomplished. All I can say is, it has happened but not usually l0 or l2 years down the road.

    It is typically said that after 12 ejaculations there should be no more sperm in the ejaculate. After that, pregnancy can happen, but is rare.
