    I don't believe you can make your own fixture, and fall under any recognized testing agency--unless you use all parts listed for use per manufactures recommendations. In other words, if all parts being assembled are listed for said use, then you should be fine. Technically, you aren't making your own fixture!

    Just need to know what oarts and where to buy them can not find a kit for pendant kind of light. So need to know what parts I would buy

    It is a pendant type of light with a drum shade. You can find them on line to buy bit they are costlly.
