Hello, My Husband And I Were Shopping In Walmart, And I Went Down The Isle To Get Tea Bags, He Stayed To Wait For Me At One Of The Freezers, When I Bent Over To Pick Up The Tea An Employee Ran Over The Back Of My Heel And Ankle With A Bread Cart, I Fell Into The Shelf To Catch Myself, She Said She Was Sorry And Asked If I Needed Anything, The Pain Was So Bad I Wanted To Cry, She Went And Brought Me Back A Cold Towel And 3 More Employees Came With Her To Look And Tell Me How Sorry She Was, So Here Comes The Mgr With A Camera, He Took My Name And My Husbands Who Saw It All, And Our Statements, He Never Took Any Pictures, I HAVE Worked All Week With Pain And It Is Still SwolleN And The Pain Has Moved Up To My Calf , What Should I Do? Sorry This Is So Long And Drawn Out.

Why didn't you go to the doctors right away? You should have seen a doctor if you were in that much pain. Right now you can still see a doctor but your claim may be diminished as you have returned to work. See a doctor anyway as your achilles heel sounds like it has been damaged. If you ever hope to collect anything from WalMart see a doctor now. Then contact a personal injury attorney.

This was obviously negligence on the part of the clerk, and Walmart is responsible.

Call the Wal-Mart where this happened and ask to talk to the store manager. Wal-Mart will make this right with you. They don't want to get sued, and they don't want you going around giving them bad publicity. It sounds like they should have done more initially, but if you give them the chance now I'll betcha they'll do right by you.

You need to go the doctor. My mother was hurt at a huge chain store, a wall actually fell on her neck and down her back, because she wasn't disabled massively from the injury a year after dealing with debilitating pain she got a small amount of money for less than the doctor bills and no future care. Unfortunately the laws are designed to pay out dependent upon long term disabilities.. but BY ALL MEANS talk to a lawyer, they collect on contingency (they get paid when you do)

No need for an attorney you go to the doctor and walmart pays for your doctor visits, you get better and it is all solved. There is no need to get sue happy, that is just silly for a accident this person did not mean to happen.

You need to speak to an attorney because an Achilles injury can be disabling and you cannot get money from a mogul on your own! That is not being sue happy - you are totally justified.
