I got into a accident. It was not my fault, I was hit by a drunk driver. The insurance company said they were going to set up a rent a car, but I know you have to be like 25 to be able to get one. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what to do about this, and how I can get a car while they are fixing my car.

With it being arranged by your insurance company, they may have a way around this.

If not, the only way I know of is with a LARGE cash deposit.

Contact your insurance agent and ask them who they made the rent a car arrangements with. The fact they made the arrangements for you could work in your favor. Speak to your insurance agent and remind them of your age and your concerns about the car rental policies. They may have forgotten about your age.
