    Work comp law in floridia
Do I have the right to sue a company that I was injuried at even after workers comp?

Most likely, not. In some injuries, there may be a defective machine involved and the manufacturer does not share the immunity from suit given to the employer. I would get a knowledgeable attorney, experienced in Worker Comp, in your area for specific advice.

You would have a third party action if there was a defect which caused the injury - however, this is nothing you can handle yourself. You would need an Attorney. It's very tricky law.

    What caused your injury?

If you have an attorney who handled your WC case, if you were able to sue the company, your attorney would have suggested to you that you sue the company, believe me, he would file the suit as he is quite familiar with your WC case.
