Does anyone know if there are free sites that you don't have t pay to help me find my dad? I'm 31 and have never met him.:(

There are sites that claim to be free, the search is free but the contact info isn't. If you want to find your dad, try getting more info from your mom. If that isn't possible, get as much info as you can from the birth certificate- you will have to pay for the search, but the cost is irrelevant when your feelings are considered.
However, please be careful because you may not like what you find
