Is rochville online university legitimate or fake?

This is all they offer about accrediation:"Accredited by the Board of Online Universities
Accreditation (BOUA) and the Universal Council for Online Education Accreditation (UCOEA)." which doesn't say much.

I guess what do you mean by "fake" and "real" do they have a office with someone taking your money and mailing out a piece of paper called a degree??

Or do you want to know if they are accredited by some agency in the US that is accepted by the dept of eduction ?
