    Changing from A4 to A5
    Help
I've written a booklet. Initially I typed it using A4 size pages and it is about 60 pages in length. Now I want to change it to A5 and obviously present it as a booklet so once I have the work on A5 I will have to sort the booklet and number the pages. But I can't find a way to put the work onto A5 in the first instance. I am using Windows XP and Word '97. Can anyone advise me, please?

    • Open your document
    • Click on FILE > PAGE SETUP
    • Click on Paper tab
    • Click on Paper Size: change to A5
    • Click on Preview: Apply to WHOLE DOCUMENT
    • Click OK

    As for Numbering the pages:
    • Click on Insert > Page Numbers
    • Make all the choices
    • Your document is now auto-numbered, much less work

Instead of manual page numbering which will get messed up any time you change paper sizes, why not add automatic page numbering fields to your footer?
