    Do you get enough sleep?

Try slicing a potato into a half moon shape, and lay them under your eyes for 20 minutes. Potatoes contain catecholase, used in some cosmetics as a skin lightener.

Ok Thanks But Can I Leave It On For Longer Than 20 Minutes? And Ummmm Does It Have To Be A Half A Moon Shape?? Can It Just Be Like A Plain Circle Slice?

I'm sure you can leave it on for longer, It might start to smell though.

I suggested a half moon because that's what will cover the most area. Cute a circle slice in half and use half for one eye, and the other half for the other.

There are a number of reasons people get bags under their eyes. It could be down to aging, genetics or even fluid retention.

You could apply a cold compress to your eyes for a few minutes whilst sitting up (some folk swear by cool cucumber slices). Sleep with your head elevated. Drink lots of water and get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
