I have been looking for this movie for a while now and I can't remember the title. Its about a little girl who was abuse when she was little and was found in a dark room, after her father had killed himself or been killed, she was found bound to a chair with a portapotty attached to it. She went from foster home to foster home. In one of the foster homes I do remember she threw up while she was eating cereal and began eating her throw up, she also was not able to speak properly and when she got mad scratched her self so deep it would bleed.
Please help me with this movie it has been on my mind for years and no one I know can remember it.. PLEASE HELP

I do not remember the title but I'm almost positive it was based on a true story. About the girl that had never been spoken to or learned how to walk or something... back in the 70's. Look that up on the net and see what you can find.
