I need to get my marriage annulled, we have never consummated the marriage and have been together for less than a year... how would I do this...

You will need to hire an attorney. It's relatively easy to get an annulment. Hopefully you didn't live with him very long.

Depends on the amount of time actually lived together, also if the other party is in agreement to this or not.
