Target for WHAT? Based on WHAT? And what is a "GOOD" target ?

If you ask such questions, don't you think it would be helpful to provide some background information and details on the company, it's products and services first?

Targets depend on products, demands, market, market growth, product need, financing, staff capacity, mission and intentions, etc.

There is no single universal formula for a target.
