I have been married for almost 10 years and it's over .I work all the time and she stays home if I ask her to get job to help she will flat out refuse. I have no way to make shure that my 2 kids will be properly taken cared of from her.It's killing me doing this with no help and I need good advice.She has agreed to her getting custody of kids and home and 100 dallors a week child support and I don't believe I can even handle that.I need proper help to get away from her I won't leave until she signs an agreement or have money to pay for noncuntested deforce please somebody help .

Why do you want "to get away from her"?

If you ask for advice, you should start with being open and honest first.

You want her to work so you have more income yet if you left
She would ONLY want $400. A month child support?
How if you can't manage on your income together in the same house does she expect to manage on her own with only $400. A month?
And you would have your own separate bills not living there
To cause you to then really NEED MORE income than the two of you have now living together?

WHY do you want a divorce?
IF it is solely because of financial stress because she will not get a job you need to realize that leaving will only cause MORE financial problems.

IF you stay together and she were to work how old are your kids?
If they are young enough that they have to have babysitters if you both have to work the same hours that often can cost as much as a minimum wage job so you end up working for the child care and the transportation to and from work. Which it does sound like they are most likely probably between ages 5 and 10 which would require child care.

You really need to work this through in every aspect before you give up
Financially
Discussing where and how things went wrong and if it is possible to fix it
Trying to get the spark back
Counselors

You may have tried these but if it is at all salvageable you should make one last effort


Last but not least, you can make her sign a paper saying she only wants $400. A month, even have it notorized, BUT that would NOT hold up in court any way because she is ALWAYS free to go file for court ordered child support which supersedes any piece of paper.

Why would you give up custody so easily if you are concerned about the kids being well cared for? If you agree to everything you can usually complete uncontested divorce forms yourself, depending on what state you live in, this saves lots of money.
