I have PCOS and my OBGYN prescribed Clomid to help me and my husband to conceive, I began my first Cycle of clomid July 31st, and took one 50mg pill for 5 days which ended August 4th, I was told that I should ovulate between August 9th and August 16th. I am supposed to take a pregnanct test on the 30th to confirm is the Clomid cycle worked or failed.

But I have a question?

I have cysts which are part of my PCOS because I also have the polycystic ovaries, is this the cause of some of the sharp pains I feel every now and then in my lower abdomen going into my pelvic area?

I have PCOS as well and I have the same pain. My stomach also tends to swell when I have these pains.
