    SC Landlord Eviction
I am a landlord in S. Carolina and I want to know can you evict tenants for constant late payment? If so, what letter do I file with the magistrate court or send certified mail?

    Hello m:

You need to read the landlord/tenant laws for your state. They'll tell you exactly what to do. We have them at the top of the real estate page on a sticky note.

Learn this stuff yesterday! Ex-con pointed you to the link to your state's laws. I'd also highly recommend finding a state or local landlord association or apartment association.

This is really basic stuff that you need to know to protect your investment in your property!
