    Evidentiary hearing
    My man has to go to an evidentiary hearing because he filed for divorce and his ex says they were never married, we are not sure of what documentation to bring, any help please

    Sounds like he needs to go and get a copy of their marriage certificate.

    A "certified" copy of the marriage certificate. Unless they were in Vegas?
