I am considering junking the 94 Explorer at metal scrap dealer. They estimated $145 a ton for scrap auto but I can't find the weight on the title or in specs. :confused:

At $145. Per ton you should get between $75. To $145.

There are always ads in the classifieds for junk cars wanted. Some places pay about $300 and others much less. Look around before you junk it for the best deal.
