Depends how white your teeth is now.

I personally stand by whitening strips, as I've used them myself and they work.

Be careful when using the whitening pre-rinse... thing's a little strong... takes the lining of your mouth out... and can cause sensitivity.

I wouldn't recommend using both at the same time.

I've seen many get positive results from the Crest White Strips. I haven't seen anyone who has used the Listerine brand. Are they the ones that dissolve while you wear them? I'd be concerned about swallowing all that peroxide!

As Sneezy said, don't use both at once. You will probably find your teeth to be a little sensitive while you are going through the whitening process. The rinse might really zing.
