    Increase in child support order
How can I get an increase in my child support order and get him and his boss to stop lying about how much he is making to the judge?

Have you gone to court already ? How long ago was an order established. Why do you think it's a lie when it comes to the money he makes ?

You have to petition the judge to raise your support. But depending on how long it has been since you were in court you may not be able to, which is why calif asked.

Just because you go back to court doesn't mean that you will get an increase in the Support. Every state has guidelines the Judge follows. Find out what gets included in the support and have an attorney or the court get his payroll records and W-2's for the last year but if he isn't reporting the money there is nothing you can really do. Maybe if you can prove that he is working a low paying job to get out of the support the court may do something but then its all up to the judge and you have to have proof.
