1. Did not sign I-751
2. Sent official letter to immigration withdrawing I-130 and I-864
3. I filed divorce, was granted and officially advised immigration.
4. Believe ex-husband filed I-751 with waiver.


Recently heard he was granted permanent resident card.

HOW ? He had no documentation proof of joint bank accounts, real-estate, property, pictures, utilities, etc.

If he can prove that he entered marriage in good faith and you lived together during that certain period, good reasons for divorce, plus experienced immigration attorney... it's possible.

One final advice for you.. . Forget him and move on...
