Hi guys I'm about 12 years old almost 13 and I have a pretty big pimple on the side of my penis I won't drain that much should I just leave it alone? Is it normal? Help me:mad:

First the obvious. Make sure you're scrubbing your penis and testicles when you take a bath/shower.

Do not pick at these "pimples". If it is near the head of your penis, it is probably a small gland that sometimes appears around this time in a man's life. If it is a pimple, with proper hygiene, the problem will remedy itself.

Don't be too shy to tell the doctor the next time you see one though.

So I have been picking it a little will it ever go away?
