Morning sickness can occur at any stage of the pregnancy. It could be that you're having a surge of hormones, or that your bump is pressing on your stomach which can make you nauseous. If you're worried, talk to your midwife.

Along with what tykescribe said, it can also happen for some women when labor is getting close or in the very early stages of labor. Of course could also be a stomach virus.
