First I say stop taking the drugs. I don't think relaxing medicine will help AT ALL.

Second... try one of those hand held small clitoral vibrators. Some are shaped like an egg and have a dial attached to them indicaton low to high. They aren't very expensive. The highest I've seen them run is $30 lowest $10. Apply that to you during intercoarse. That usually helps me get an orgasm.
