I am experiencing numbness of the tongue and lips - what could be causing this??

From everything I read it can be low blood sugar.

Do you or have you ever had migraine headaches I know that is may sound kind of strange but that is a symptom that I now get when I am having a migraine and the neuro doc says it is normal and nothing to be worried about
