I have a lease that is current in Washington state and has 2 years still to go on the duplex I am renting now the property may sell. My Question is do the new owners have to honour the current lease or do they have to buy my lease out to have me move or is there a certain amount of notice they have to give me to move?

Unless your lease states differently, the new owner must honor your current lease.
